Visit the Berkeley Convention and Visitors Bureau for info on local accommodations, dining, shopping, and more. Make your hotel reservations early.
Some reserved campus parking for Friday and Saturday is still available. Click here to see a map of the available lots. You may also park in surrounding city and private lots on a first-come, first-served basis, but charges and hours vary; expect to pay at least $50 for the day. We highly recommend using public transportation. Visit 511.org for info on BART trains, AC Transit buses, and more.
You must have a permit for all on-campus parking, even with a disabled placard or plates. Please indicate the need for disabled parking on your registration form, or call the Homecoming office. For campus parking on Sunday, please purchase a ticket from the yellow box in the parking lot and display it with your permit or plates. We highly recommend public transportation. Visit 511.org, a free web service that consolidates BART trains, AC Transit buses, and other Bay Area transportation info into one resource. Once you arrive on campus, Bear Transit shuttles are available for a nominal fee. Visit the Parking & Transportation web site for schedules.
Golf carts are available for Homecoming registrants Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. Stop by Homecoming Headquarters or any information booth for a pickup.

A free trolley runs every 15–20 minutes on game days from BART to Memorial Stadium, two hours before the game to one hour after kickoff and stops on the north and south sides of campus. There is no return shuttle after the game. Call 510.642.4834 for more info.

Call the campus police department at 510.642.3333 from your cell phone, or use an emergency phone on campus, which is identified by a blue light on top of a yellow phone box or dark-colored column.
