The Filipinx Faculty and Staff Association (FFSA) and the Pilipinx American Alumni Chapter (PAAC) invite you to come together (magsama-sama or sama-sama in the Filipino language) and celebrate our Filipinx community at Cal! In the spirit of PAAC’s longstanding tradition of hosting a homecoming tailgate, PAAC and the newly formed FFSA have joined forces to create a new iteration of our homecoming gathering. We welcome all Cal alums, faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students, and their families to attend this event.

• Stop by Faculty Glade between Stephens Hall and the Faculty Club anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
• Bring a picnic blanket and take advantage of our meals for purchase (featuring food from Berkeley’s own Filipino restaurant, Kuboba Spot) or bring your own lunch.
• Enjoy Friendship Games-inspired fun!

This event will also kick off campus celebrations for Filipino American History Month (FAHM).

Separate registration is required. Register by September 22 for our meal options or before the day of the event to attend.
