SPACE: Reflections on Natural Settings and Urban Forms
Space is the common denominator of all that exists in the material world outside of ourselves. Historically, architecture has placed primary importance on the building, its patrons, and the architects. The fact that they exist as part of something bigger faded in the background. The pandemic, however, has made humanity acutely aware of the importance of space, both indoor and outdoor. It is through space that human contact unfolds. This talk will showcase how the continuity of space is a prerequisite for a sustainable future and a healthy relationship with the present.
