The Annual Arleigh Williams Forum
Presented annually by the Order of The Golden Bear, this year's Arleigh Williams Forum features a presentation by Jennifer Simon-O'Neill, executive senior associate athletics director, chief of staff, and senior woman administrator at Cal Athletics. Director Simon-O'Neill will discuss a number of issues affecting our campus including recent changes in NCAA regulations, Cal's move to the ACC Conference, that move's impact on our student athletes, women's team sports at Cal, and more.

Jennifer Simon-O’Neill serves as the Cal Athletics department’s chief of staff and senior woman administrator. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the athletics department, and she oversees gender equity and Title IX compliance, as well as the athletic and strategic communications unit. She also serves as the sports administrator for men's basketball, women's soccer, and men's and women's rowing. Simon-O’Neill has served on the Pac-12 Council, the MPSF Administrative Board and the NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Committee.
