Come to the UC Botanical Garden to discover living plant collections. Deserts of the Americas showcases plants from the southwestern United States, Mexico, Baja California, Chile, and Argentina. The Southern African Collection features plants from South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, and Namibia. Meanwhile, the Australasian Collection includes plants from New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific. And the South American Collection features the flora from South America, ranging from the Andes to southernmost Argentina and Chile.
